The Company reflects an organizational and business model providing interconnection between multiple tasks: design, production, packaging and finally shipping the product.

• Techno Plast, production company located in a building of 7.000 square meters as follows: production department with 40 presses, samples department, 10 offices, a meeting room, etc...;
• Techno Mould, mechanical workshop located in a building of 3.000 square meters;
• Goods Store, located in a building of 4.000 square meters.

Last but not least, is our staff, the real drawing power of the Company:

• Board of Directors, he determines the general policy of the Company with the approval of the strategic, operational, financial and budget plans of the Company.
• Chief Executive Officer, he identifies the strategies of the Company and oversees the Company management, providing the most appropriate measures for the achievement of corporation objectives.
• Sales Manager, he develops business, negotiates with the client to customized offers, defines and offers products and services that meet the customers' demands, ensuring the monitoring of prices and conditions of sale in accordance with corporation strategies.
• Production Manager, he plans, coordinates and controls production activities, with particular focus on compliance with agreed deadlines and the quality of the product and created service.
• Responsible of Quality Control, he provides and implements quality controls, in accordance with the requirements of the "Quality Management System" and "ISO 9001:2008"; he verifies the eligibility of internal controls to ensure the appropriate monitoring of quality standards.
• Administrative Manager, he maximizes the return on investment and growth in time profitability; he takes care of the management accounting by ensuring the coverage of all financial needs.
• Purchasing Manager, he guarantees the supply of goods and services necessary for the operation of the Company and manages relationships with suppliers, making benchmarking activities to a new materials' and prices' valuation.
